Two very helpful websites for working with your friends, colleagues, and requesting help in the Ubuntu forums (and chats) are the Ubuntu Pastebin and Imagebin websites.
Pastebin works for text related items, such as meeting minutes, error messages, and so on. Imagebin is the same thing but for images. Easily upload your content and a webpage with your text or photo will be available for you to share.
