- right click your panel or desktop to create a new application launcher.
- for the name you can put Skype (or Skype2, whatever you want)
- for the command type in "skype \secondary"
- click OK and you are all set!
If you want to run more than one instance of Skype you can do it now.

ReplyDeleteIts a bit tricky to get working in the newest versions of Ubuntu with Unity, but it is possible! I will post a fix for this in the next day.
