Only transferred to Ubuntu until Lucid Lynx because Ambiance/Radiance themes looked way better than the old Gnome themes. Before 10.04 I had always been KDE using Suse, Mandriva and Kubuntu.
Not sure if Ambiance/Radiance was started by Gnome or Ubuntu? Coz latter is the only modern Gnome desktop I've used, RH6-9 doesn't count. Was RH using Gnome already back then?
